Warranty
All items purchased from GMG are covered by a 10-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, if the product is found to be defective or not functioning as described, customers may request service or replacement subject to inspection and approval.
Guarantee
Every product we sell is backed by a 6-month performance guarantee. This guarantee ensures that the device will operate in accordance with its stated specifications under normal use. Should any issues arise within this period, we will work with you to provide repair, replacement, or suitable support.
Condition of Sale
Unless otherwise specified, all equipment is sold “As Is.” While we carefully inspect and certify devices prior to sale, it is the buyer’s responsibility to evaluate suitability for their intended use.
Returns & Refunds
